Define the delivery requirements
A concept image and an exact product presentation have different standards. List what must remain unchanged: layout, object counts, chair model, light fixture, key colors or floor direction. Use this list during review instead of judging beauty alone.
Geometry and object counts
Compare windows, partitions, ceilings, table edges, furniture legs and intersections. Zoom in to find merged legs, missing armrests, extra lights and repeated objects. Compare questionable areas with the source. Attractive lighting does not compensate for incorrect geometry.
Materials are more than color
Check base color, gloss, pattern and texture scale together. Wood, stone and metal can share a brown tone while reflecting light differently. Across views, compare the same surface while allowing differences caused by lighting and perspective. Identical pixel colors are not the goal.
Natural and artificial lighting
Check shadows against visible windows and light sources. For fixtures, examine emission, illuminated surfaces and surrounding reflections. An LED-like streak does not prove a physical light was simulated. An RGB image cannot establish exact wattage, CRI or illuminance.
Resolution versus trustworthy detail
Inspect downloaded files at 100 percent, particularly edges, text, wood grain, fabric and tile joints. A 4K file describes pixel dimensions, not recovered ground-truth detail. If upscaling introduces double edges or smooth materials, compare with the earlier version and select the appropriate deliverable.
Approve by version in INDECO AI
Keep source and approved images, and describe revisions by region. Review every batch image instead of extrapolating from one successful output. Deliver only reviewed versions. Visualization does not replace technical drawings, material specifications or lighting design documentation.
